These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SastaFinance.

By creating an account or using SastaFinance, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

SastaFinance is a personal finance tracking and organization tool.

Features may include:

• Transaction tracking
• Income and expense categorization
• Budgets
• Savings goals
• Financial dashboards
• Statement importing
• AI-assisted transaction extraction
• AI-assisted categorization

Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed as the application evolves.

SastaFinance does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Information, calculations, charts, categories, AI-generated results, recommendations, and other content provided through the application are intended for informational and organizational purposes only.

You are responsible for making your own financial decisions and should consult an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your credentials
• Activity performed through your account
• Keeping third-party API credentials secure
• Informing us of suspected unauthorized access

You may not access another person's account without authorization.

You are responsible for the financial information you enter or import into SastaFinance.

SastaFinance does not independently verify that transaction amounts, categories, balances, imported records, or other financial information are accurate.

You should verify important information against the original financial records provided by your bank, UPI provider, wallet provider, or other relevant institution.

SastaFinance may use artificial intelligence to perform tasks such as:

• Extracting transactions from statements
• Identifying transaction descriptions
• Suggesting transaction categories
• Processing financial information

AI-generated results may be incorrect, incomplete, duplicated, or misclassified.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before accepting, saving, or relying upon it.

AI output should not be treated as authoritative financial information.

You should only upload financial statements that you are legally authorized to access and process.

You are responsible for reviewing extracted information before adding transactions to your financial records.

SastaFinance cannot guarantee that every statement format, bank, wallet, UPI provider, PDF format, language, or transaction structure will be correctly recognized.

SastaFinance may allow you to connect your own API key from an external AI provider.

By doing so, you acknowledge that:

• Requests may be sent using your API account.
• Usage may count toward your provider's quota.
• The provider may charge you according to its pricing.
• Provider-specific rate limits and restrictions may apply.
• Your use of the provider remains subject to its own terms.

SastaFinance is not responsible for charges incurred on third-party API accounts as a result of authorized use through your account.

You should revoke or replace an API key if you believe it has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use SastaFinance for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access another user's information
• Circumvent authentication or security controls
• Probe, exploit, or interfere with the service
• Upload malicious software or content
• Abuse AI integrations or third-party APIs
• Use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts the service
• Reverse engineer restricted portions of the service except where permitted by applicable law

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect SastaFinance, its users, or third-party services.

We aim to keep SastaFinance available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

The application may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Software updates
• Infrastructure failures
• Third-party outages
• Database issues
• AI provider outages or rate limits
• Events outside our reasonable control

Features may change as the product develops.

SastaFinance integrates with or relies upon third-party services.

We are not responsible for the independent operation, availability, pricing, policies, or security practices of third-party providers.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate agreements between you and those providers.

Unless otherwise stated, SastaFinance's application design, branding, original software, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to SastaFinance/NexusBihar.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Your financial information and other content that you submit remains yours, subject to the permissions reasonably necessary for us to process it to provide the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SastaFinance is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will always be available or error-free
• Financial calculations will always be accurate
• AI-generated results will always be correct
• Every statement will be successfully processed
• Every transaction will be correctly categorized
• Third-party integrations will remain available

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SastaFinance and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of the service.

This may include losses resulting from:

• Incorrect financial information
• AI extraction or categorization errors
• Loss of data
• Third-party service failures
• Unauthorized access outside our reasonable control
• Decisions made based on information displayed by SastaFinance

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Security threats
• Abuse of the service
• Legal requirements

You may stop using SastaFinance at any time.

Where supported, you may also request deletion of your account.

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes to SastaFinance, applicable laws, security requirements, or third-party integrations.

The “Last updated” date will be changed when these Terms are revised.

Where required, material changes may be communicated through the application or other appropriate means.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of SastaFinance, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.

For an India-operated product, once you have your legal entity/operator details finalized, this section should be made more specific regarding Indian law and jurisdiction rather than leaving it generic.
